Specialises in business defence in criminal proceedings and the development of corporate integrity systems. She has unique expertise in regulatory policy and international anti-corruption compliance standards, including the FCPA, UKBA and Sapin II.

Oleh Kovbasa

Specialises in business defence in criminal proceedings related to economic and tax crimes. Having significant experience in investigative and operational units of financial investigations, he has a deep understanding of the internal working mechanisms of supervisory and law enforcement authorities.

Ihor Denysenko

An experienced lawyer, manager and public-law expert with more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has progressed from investigator in law enforcement authorities to head of a district state administration and senior manager in central executive authorities.
