The essence of the case: The client appealed regarding the division of marital property at the cassation stage, when the courts of previous instances had already ruled against her and deprived her of her legal rights.
Legal strategy: The lawyers completely reformatted the legal position, prepared a thorough complaint, and ensured representation of the client's interests in the Supreme Court.
Result: The previous court decisions were overturned, a new decision was made, and the wife's property rights were restored.
Criminal Defense (Case No. 369/14095/21)

Case Summary: The client was charged with a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, related to the unlawful acquisition and possession of psychotropic substances without the intent to sell.

Legal Strategy: The defense built its position on the "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine, proving to the court that the prosecution's key evidence had been gathered with gross violations of the law.

Criminal Defense (Case No. 369/3123/21)
The essence of the case: The Principal was accused of intentionally hitting a patrol police officer with a car and causing him bodily harm under Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Legal strategy: The association's lawyers analyzed all the case materials in detail and completely refuted the prosecution's version in court.
Result: The absence of direct intent and the elements of the crime were proven. The client was fully acquitted.
