Case No. 369/3123/21 — Full Acquittal
Article: Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — intentional infliction of bodily injury on a law enforcement officer.
Case overview: Proceedings were initiated against the client over an alleged incident involving driving a vehicle into a patrol police officer while the officer was performing official duties.
Legal strategy: The attorneys conducted a detailed analysis of the case materials and proved in court the absence of the elements of a criminal offence, including the absence of direct intent and a special motive in the driver’s actions.
Result: The client was acquitted in full.
Civil Matters and Protection of Property Rights
Case No. 703/715/23 — Restoration of Rights before the Supreme Court
Category: Division of marital property, cassation proceedings.
Case overview: The client, the wife in the dispute, approached us at a stage when the courts of first and appellate instances had already ruled against her, effectively depriving her of lawful property rights.
Legal strategy: Our attorneys completely restructured the legal position, prepared a well-grounded cassation appeal and represented the client’s interests before the Supreme Court.
Result: The decisions of the lower courts were overturned. A new decision was issued in favour of the wife-client, and her property rights were fully restored.

Case No. 369/14095/21 — Full Acquittal
Article: Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — unlawful production, manufacture, acquisition or possession of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without intent to distribute.
Case overview: The client was charged with a criminal misdemeanour related to the acquisition and possession of psychotropic substances.
Legal strategy: The defence team proved that no criminal offence had occurred and that the elements of the offence were absent. A key element of the defence was the successful application of the “fruit of the poisonous tree” doctrine: the court was shown that the prosecution’s core evidence had been obtained by law enforcement officers through gross procedural violations, making such evidence inadmissible.
Result: The evidence was ruled inadmissible, and the client was acquitted in full.
